Each organism is individual, you need to find the optimal dose. The recommended dosage is 1-5 drops under the tongue and allow to absorb. If you have not used cannabis oil before we recommend to start with a test dose of 1 drop under the tongue and let it work there. In case of no or insufficient effect you need to increase the dose. Vitamin E - Tocopherol is used as a preservative.
